ORION UPDATE:
Orion couldn’t have been more pleased to be handed off to Grandma and Grandpa for a few days. He knew he would get total undivided attention and spoiling!
Here’s the report I got. They took him to a park in Sequim and he loved running around with a couple of other boys his age. Then they took him to a beach to play and splash around.
He went to bed with no debating. My guess is he was wiped out from camping. He slept a long time. Then he played nicely while Grandpa and Grandma packed up to head toward the ferry and back to their house.
He loves spending time with them. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for taking such good care of our big boy! We miss him bunches!!!
OLIVER UPDATE:
While camping in Sequim, we met up with Grandpa and Grandma and they took Orion for a few days. This left Ollie with some quality time to spend with Mommy and Daddy. It also allowed him to play with whatever toy he wanted without a fight. He really enjoyed this luxury.
In the evening, we wanted to have some special moments with just Ollie so we took him to Burfoot Park to have a picnic. Then we walked down to the beach front and he had a great time throwing rocks in the water and playing along the beach. It’s rare that we get this kind of quality time with Oliver and we really enjoyed it. That being said…we still miss Orion immensely.
