A tree service came today and took down the tree in our side yard. It was growing into our neighbors house and our house in a dangerous way so we were forced to remove it.
Orion usually is very freaked out by loud noises such as chain saws and tree chippers. But instead he was completely amused by the tree guys.
He moved his play garage and a chair near the window and played and watched. He narrated through the whole thing…”He’s climbing the tree. Oh, and now they are talking to eachother. Bang, the tree dropped. Uh oh…be careful up there. Poor little tree. It went away in the dump truck.” Yes, each step was accompanied by commentary from Orion. Maybe he’ll be a sportscaster someday?! Who knows?
