Sledding in June

The sun finally came out during Grandpa’s visit…right as it’s about to end. Oh well.

Today we hung around Olympia. We took the boys to Priest Point Park with Grandpa, Aunt Oneida, Uncle Matt, Mommy, and Daddy. We had a nice picnic. The mosquitoes were out in full force though. Ollie was quietly sleeping in his car seat when Mommy spotted a mosquito landing on his cheek. She went to swat it away and lightly smacked poor Ollie in the face. What an alarming way to wake from a nap…with your Mama swattin’ you!

Later we went back home and Grandpa showed the boys the sled that he hand made for them. We look forward to trying it in the snow this winter. Thanks Grandpa!
